1. Manage and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets of Virtual Commercial Card in Japan and Korea.
2. Be responsible for the full sales cycle from planning, opportunities identification, market development to sales achievement and relationship management.
3. Work closely with internal supporting team to serve the customers, to ensure the product performance and user experience.
4. Collect feedback from customers, to continuously help with product and service optimization.
5. Conduct quarter and annual performance reviews with customers.
6. Be aware of and keep updated to the latest product knowledge, operation requirements and flow, as well as compliance requirements.
7. Independent contributor role with the responsibility of sales related activities.
1. More than 2 years working experience in Virtual Commercial Card related role in B2B or B2B2C sector.
2. The experience in travel management, or ecommerce related industry is a plus.
3. Willingness to learn, practise and develop career in Fintech industry, especially the role of sales and business development.
4. Strong understanding of sales metrics with the ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
5. Strong logical thinking, analysis, execution, and communication skills.
6. Sound compliance awareness.
7. Willingness to travel in the region when cross border travel is resumed.
8. Good English or Mandarin language.
